SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY,
WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION
WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE

1. Definitions.

"SDK" means all software provided to You in 
binary code form by Weinzierl Engineering.

2. Permitted Uses.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and restrictions and 
exceptions set forth in the SDK's documentation, Weinzierl Engineering
grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license without fees to

 (a) reproduce and use internally the SDK for the 
     purposes of developing applications that communicate with 
     KNX Interface Devices from Weinzierl Engineering 
     
 (b) reproduce and distribute the SDK, provided that you
     distribute the Dynamic Libraries bundled as part of, 
     and for the sole purpose of running, your application

3. Restrictions.

 (a) Unless enforcement is prohibited by applicable law, you may not decompile, or reverse engineer the SDK
 (b) The SDK may only be used in conjuction with KNX Interface Devices from Weinzierl Engineering
